Kinda feel these days like the quality of NPR news analysis has dropped with the relative age and experience of their reporters. I hear younger people on air and they don't sound smarter than the people they've replaced.
Maybe it's partly delivery - post-Millennials have a general informality even in this format that I don't think is appropriate.
But it's clear some of these kids either don't have a strong command of facts or an ability to express them coherently. And that's a problem.
