   @maxoakland @housepanther @leahmcelrath.bsky.social Not a doc or a nurse, but from what I understand, if he engaged in a program of proper diet and exercise, he might live to be a riper old age.

   As he's unlikely do do either, your question is on everyone's mind.

     @leahmcelrath.bsky.social I am not a nurse but I was a paramedic and I think it could be reasonably concluded that this is the beginnings of congestive heart failure. And I am not crying a single tear. It couldn't happen to a more deserving person.
