@Greengordon @pluralistic Kagi Search isn't powered by AI. Any AI features can be turned off, with the option to also filter out AI images from results. The Assistant is entirely optional and you don't have to use it if it doesn't serve a need for you. The default experience of Kagi is AI-free.

Internet search question:
A number of people I follow on Mastodon, including some high profile ones like @pluralistic , recommend Kagi as a search engine. Most of these same folks are not keen on #AI.
But Kagi builds AI right in, I don't even know if it can be turned off. What am I missing?
