   @edgeofeurope @devopscats 🙄 What are you trying to say? In that case, US Gov access clearly requires them committing a serious crime on foreign soil, and being a victim of said crime is largely outside your control and not something you are liable for. NTM very very unlikely to happen because it doesn't scale favorably for the attacker.

   Contrast this with sharing the information you were entrusted to keep voluntarily with a hostile party. In which case you are fully liable and it's certainly going to happen.
