   @mho @renchap I think if Peertube uses the `summary` field for the description, it should work.

     When a video from #Peertube appears in my feed here in #Mastodon, it only shows the title and the URL, nothing more. This is not really helpful.

     Would it be possible, that Mastodon shows something like the first 300 characters from the description (500 characters minus 120 for the peertube title and the URL), @renchap?

     Seems like Peertube doesn't see it as their problem:
