     @saramg She's always struck me as giving off cringe vibes, being contrarian and edgy for its own sake on things where there's good scientific consensus, but happily gobbling up extraordinary claims as long as they happen to be aligned with capitalism & the technofuturist cults.

     I've been told she's had some really bad takes treating well-established benefits of gender affirming care as something open to scientific debate. I have not seen these myself, but a quick Googling suggests it's likely true.
