     @Xeraser I use FLACs on my desktops and convert them to MP3 for my phone and tablet.

     @Suiseiseki @Xeraser I use Music Folder Player Full on my mobile devices which does support FLAC to my knowledge. I simply want to save the storage space. Plus I doubt it will make a difference with tiny mobile speakers or headphones.

     Those VLC libraries work with vlc or mpv.

     @Suiseiseki @Xeraser I use VLC and Audacious on my Linux desktop.
     
     On my Windows desktop (which I rarely use anymore) I use the proprietary PowerDVD (allows commercial Blu-ray playback) and XMPlay (proprietary freeware).
