   Someone recently told me that they knew of multiple people who thought that women only go to CS grad school to find husbands, and there are so many obvious things wrong with that statement, but I want to focus on: wouldn’t… *literally any other option* be better?

     @cederbs @APBBlue @dan If you go to grad school and you're paying rather than getting paid, you're being scammed. The norm is you get paid. Poorly. But paid.

     @APBBlue @dan Literally came to say this. Also the audacity. I won't even blink in the direction of grad school cause I don't even wanna know the dollar signs attached to it
