   Just now, govt told Judge Xinis of Maryland that it will commence removal proceedings for Abrego (Garcia) to a 3d country (not El Salvador) once he's released from criminal custody in TN. Govt said "no imminent plans" but unclear if it would try to remove him before a criminal trial.
