@snacks No, C# isn't even source-available.
Part of the sources are released under MIT expat, but those cannot be compiled without downloading and executing proprietary binaries from microsoft. -

@snacks Look up the "source" build instructions for GNU/Linux and you'll realize that the build script downloads proprietary binaries from microsoft and executes them.
