   Eating is definitely the hardest part. I really had to understand my relationship with food in order to make some sort of switch.

   So glad that you're seeing the positive effects of your switch. And also a win about your trainer!

     @binarydigit wicked update Liz. It sounds like you are forming great exercise habits. Next thing you’ll know it’ll be 10 years later of going to the gym every week.

     I’ve seen Crunch Fitness in a few videos I watch online and looks like a gym I’d enjoy working out at.

     I’m a big Spin/Cycle fan at the gym and hope you make it to one of those classes 💪

     @binarydigit I’m looking forward to doing in person classes again when I get my new membership. The Les Mills on demand are fantastic, and being able to get a session in between meetings was awesome, but doing it in person with a fantastic instructor is next level 💥
