   I never read that one, but I did read Debt: The First 5,000 Years. I use to really respect Graeber, but as I've gotten older, I've realized at least some things in that book were totally off (like his take on student loan forgiveness)

   For sure there are a lot of bullshit jobs out there. At the same time, the staffer in the video is probably a barely paid intern hoping she can use it on her resume to launch her career. The video should be more of the critique on the "broadcast every retarded idea you have" era rather than bullshit jobs themselves.

     Does your job make a meaningful contribution to the world?

     There are millions of people—HR consultants, communication coordinators, telemarketing researchers, corporate lawyers—whose jobs are useless, and, tragically, they know it.

     These people are caught in bullshit jobs.
