     According to what I've read, he told israel that they will get no further military assistance. Basically, once it was clear the US would not be dragged in, they stopped.

     Well theres whats actually said, what we hear, and what these people actually think. IF, big if, this takes away the Israeli and neocon excuse to start another 20 year ground war while preventing a repeate in a year or two I will publicly fill out the Trump apology form. But we will see
