   One of the reasons I dislike Aaron Peskin is he once drunkenly came to my ice cream popup and said ‘why the hell would anyone put miso in ice cream?’

     @justmichelle he’s worked on his drinking problem, apparently. But yeah. He didn’t win the mayoral race and the current guy is worse in many ways. I just don’t know about his opinion on miso.

     @petrillic white! Just make a regular sea salt caramel but replace the sea salt with miso. You’d have to stir more to blend.
