@alessmussolini88 @GoyGirl Lots of Gen Z guys--even the straight guys at my gym--are beta and feminine like. Like they hug each other. One asked "Can I hug you?" (didn't know him) and I said, "Uh....no. Sorry, that's just weird to me. I'll shake hands, but that's it." I'm Gen X. Back in my day, the ONLY time that a guy would hug another guy is if he were gay or they had lost a loved one and you hug them for grief. That's it.

@BowsacNoodle @alessmussolini88 @GoyGirl At my gym recently I was working out in our "stretching room" I was doing kettleball lifts and some college-aged girl came up to me and asked me the difference between kettleballs vs dumbells. Thought that was weird why she'd ask a stupid question like that, or why she didn't ask her young boyfriend she was with that. So when I told her "Well, they're the same thing; just different grips on them" her boyfriend walked into the room, she immediately leaves me and goes up to her boyfriend and kisses him like "Where have you been?" Like she was trying to make her man jealous and/or seeing me as a "potential" partner if it didn't work with her man. I'm like "I'm too old for her and too old for the college-age drama too."

We were talking over the phone and she said "I"m coming over!" claiming her homelife was abusive. She comes over at night, my father is pissed (obviously) and says "Young lady, you aren't staying here. If you really are in trouble, let's go talk to the police" but she was just lying and wanted attention. Another girl that threatened to kill herself was when I was with her and her friend. She (my gf then) starts walking on a ledge of a high building and we both screamed and cussed at her. She got off the ledge, walked over to us and said "If you guys think I'd commit suicide, you're fuckin' nuts!" and walked away. This was the ONLY time I got angry and cussed at her.

Like dealing with their drama and games kept me from my studies and/or took focus off me doing my job well to earn more money. Sometimes being distracted from dating almost cost me my job once.

I could date older millenials & keep within 5ish yrs. my age, but Gen X has always appeared more competent still. I just usually wouldn't go over certain age.
Plus, young women won't admit it, but she probably liked a guy who would worship her a bit vs. one who wouldn't put up with her crap. She knows she needs the latter, buuuut, when young... 😆
