     I understand they cannot make the cuts the way Musk originally imagined because it's mired in law. After passing a budget they have to pass a rescission of funds, and that is where the DOGE money comes back into the general fund.

     It will be quickly spent, of course.

     It obviously goes to him/his military contracts but from what I understand Rubio controls it now. So in all likelihood we won't see that dividend or anything without them having to further de-base the currency which they will inevitably do anyway.
