     (This spawned out of a conversation I had where the other person kept saying Greta was stupid because "they had to KNOW Israel was going to stop the aid ship" and "it was just for publicity."

     A) yes they knew, it's a protest. B) yes it's for publicity; she's publicizing an engineered famine that's part of a genocide. It's not like she's selling a memecoin. That's the purpose, to raise awareness about a genocide, so yes, it's "for publicity."

     @AnarchoNinaWrites I thought there was a significant risk that IDF would have killed someone on the ship. And if that happened, that they would then proceed to kill *everyone* on the ship and scuttle it. They're already committing crimes against civilization: in for an agorot, in for a shekel. Everyone on that ship is OG lefty now, if they weren't before. They wagered their lives to help others.
