     @WandererUber @kilostere i havent had to omany issues with print quality
     
     moreso I got a leveling probe since this printer is ancient and has none of that, so the stock firmware ""worked"" but couldnt read from storage to actually print stuff
     
     let alone that most of the firmware was kindof outdated

     still annoying that platformio relies on the proprietary vscode build along with the proprietary c/c++ extensions

     @mr64bit I managed to finally get it working
     i have an older ender 3 pro that I added a probe leveler to it, problem was that all the vendor firmware was garbage and didnt work on the printer well.
     sometimes the probe would not work, sometimes it could not read from the sd card
     
     push came to shove and I cloned marlin and compiled firmware with probe leveling support, it was just the process of finding what I needed to change that was the painful part
