@GoyGirl @WhiskeyBent @thefinn I was digging holes today. I'm doing the proper calorie intake vs energy out take. Haven't in a year. Potatoes sound good, always.

Yeah, it's tough. I also tend to think I don't need exercise when I'm always doing something with a baby & a toddler. Squat, stand, etc, with them.
Maybe we need to sit around more?? Lol

@thefinn @WhiskeyBent I always forget muscle weighs more than fat. I'm lacking both. He said my BMI was 18

I'm on thin side, too. Combo of massively stressful year (often does in appetite, etc), nursing, tossing babies around...
Idk, I eat quite a bit of meat & protein, but I bet lifting some weight(s) - not like a dude, but maybe just strategic strengthening? - could help. Also potatoes. Mmmm, potatoes.

@WhiskeyBent @mjdigspigs Honestly, I'd suggest more natural protein.
Eat meat. My mum refused and it pretty much ended her.

Doc told me I need more protein to gain weight. Told me to eat more meat while we wait on blood tests.
