     You're wrong, robo pres. Debt calamity is upon us and must be addressed. If we kick the deficit spending can down the road any further, it'll be even harder to address, and it's already so hard to address that you'd prefer to leave it to the next guy. Momentary wealth is dandy until the repo men come to collect on your credit card debt.

     If it cuts waste, why does it raise the debt limit by so much? Surely the real Trump doesn't want his legacy to amount to little more than snake oil... Anything the 2017 tax cuts could accomplish now will easily be outstripped by the interest payments on our national debt. Which is currently bigger than our defense budget, by the way. At some point the rest of the world sees us for the retards we are for allowing all of this to continue, and we lose hegemonic status. Ugly legacy, IMO.
