      @cjd yeah, they are for some reason pulling this trick on germans, too. Nobody knows that heat pumps are ACs but they all love them.

      They give you more money if it's an air->water heat pump to replace a boiler system, less if it's a mini-split, so I think they're catching on...

      But I like mini-splits, AC, fairly cheap heat, and air filtration in every room...

      @cjd @lain isn't the whole point of a heat pump that you're using groundwater as a heat sink instead of air
