     I ain't wasting my time on your pseudoscientific personality tests or whatever.
     
     Do you want to hire a programmer or do you not want to hire a programmer? If you can't answer this simple question in less than 2 hours of my time you are not the type of company I want to fucking work for anyway.

     (especially for open source work where much of the time you could just go look at someone's OSS commits as strong direct evidence!)
