   @sun so in ClubCyberia, I started another campaign to get the instance a custom favicon and after three weeks, Cassidy just added one! It all started with a quote post I made there quoting my poll on SPW to vote for our new favicon. The weird thing is, nobody from SPW who was tagged in the quote post ever interacted. Then I noticed that the quote post never federated to SPW. You could only see the replies to it.
   
   I quoted the quote post a few more times over the last few weeks to keep the campaign going but those posts never seemed to federate to SPW either, and again, no interaction from anyone tagged from SPW.
   
   Any idea why?

     @Economic_Hitman It's definitely not blocked, I can tell you that. Also I see cassidy's posts all the time.
     
     I'll look closer when I get a chance but I'm really busy right now

     @Economic_Hitman I think there is actually a MRF that drops hellthreads that maybe hit this thread. it is controlled by how many people are tagged
