   I woke up today with more of a realization that I don't want my online handles to be synonymous to computers anymore. AI is sucking the life out of humanity and I want nothing to do with it :neocat_sad: I think this is my mid-life crisis.

     @binarydigit do what you want of course - but I think your (and our) humanity shines through by the things we create and put out into the world, even when it’s digital.

     And especially when it’s authentic or vulnerable. That’s something AI will never be able to replicate.

     Computers and AI need not be synonymous. In the sci fi future of true AI, that people seem to believe we are in, it would be a shame if humans don't use computing anymore. It has advanced us quite far. And will continue to do so! AI doesn't have a monopoly on that; it's just one aspect. Like the internet 🥲
