   What the anonopinioner is trying to say is that Cardiff is the Bristol of Wales.

     Cardiff is comfortably the best city to live in in the UK. It's a capital and has all the amenities that come with this, while still being small, affordable, and easy to get around. It's walkable, has an excellent transit system, wide streets, plenty of parks and greenery.
