@radmin i think its some stupid issue where the drawing tablet registers as both a monitor and digitizer. the compositors see multiple monitors as one huge rectangle and other screens are subsets of that. the digitizer has no knowledge of this fact so it reports the position relative to the device (what it knows.)

it does this on mac/win also, but the drivers there interact a bit with the window system to apply corrective offsets.

Hmm, weird, Pop OS COSMIC feels so usable. It is an Alpha, but the general experience in most cases feels almost just like Pop OS GNOME. I just only encountered these major glitches:
      - When I used my Wacom Cintiq 13 on it, it behaved like a screen-less drawing tablet for some reason. Hovering with the stylus only controlled the cursor in the other monitor. It didn't affect the elements displayed in the drawing tablet's screen at all. This feels really awkward, and so it's the only thing holding me back from fully committing to it as my main desktop.
      - When I try to resize two windows at once, only one window is resized - I would then have to resize the other window. Inconvenient.
