   I need pants that don't split down the middle. Every pair of pants and jeans I've had (so far) has done that. Maybe I do the 'Asian squat' too much but any personal recs are welcome.

     They are very heavy and leave blue marks on white sofas, but you can do splits in them, (providing you could do those without them...)

     @skinnylatte "Chi Pants" had a central gusset patch rather than a central seam, more robust for squatting and stretching.

     The original company doesn't seem to be in business, but "Dash Hemp" of Santa Cruz advertises pants of that design.

     Maybe a fan of the original would have a recommendation.

     @skinnylatte I am a fan of the quality of outlier clothing. You're looking for pants that have what they call, a crotch gusset.
