@pepsi_man@Escoffier@judgedread Hilariously, that was basically the argument James White inadvertently made because his response to Corey’s point about blacks on Twitter claiming to be Christian yet cheering on Karmelo Anthony was to make a No True Scotsman fallacy.
@judgedread@Escoffier If you’d be interested, Corey Mahler recently debated James White on the question of whether blacks can be sanctified to the same degree as Whites, effectively making the argument that unless some extraordinary miracle occurred which isn’t how God typically operates, even sanctification can’t polish a turd, and this is not incompatible with God’s omnipotence. Granted, James White and the moderators were too stupid to know how to even run a debate, but you can find it on YouTube if you want. Also, Corey’s podcast Stone Choir is only growing in listenership as believers tire of the churches’ race denial, and unbelievers are desperately looking for something that doesn’t make them choose between authentic spirituality and race realism, so it’s definitely worth a listen as well.
@Escoffier Christianity has no biological concept of race. What elements of race realism existed in the OT were abolished by the universalism of the new.
There is no significant denomination that won't accept nigger and kike converts.
@judgedread The Asian mental software is very different from White mental software, in part because it runs on different biological hardware. They accomplish things in their own way, and we have to accomplish things in ours.
@Humpleupagus@Escoffier@judgedread@pepsi_man Congratulations, you have reinvented the problem of evil. Stone Choir’s answer is that millennia of demon worship, and the cannibalism and inbreeding that went with that, is what made them what they are today (they’re young earth creationists because you cannot retcon evolution and Scripture). Evil isn’t just a hypothetical, it has real-world consequences. If you’re interested in hearing more, they did a five-part series on race and an episode on the temporal effects of sin called “Against the Clockwork Universe”, I highly recommend all of it.
@Humpleupagus@Escoffier@judgedread@pepsi_man Fair, but for someone who already knows crime stats/genetics and doesn’t care about being called “racist” this is probably the most relevant episode to the discussion.
