     This is horrifying because even under relatively normal times, Americans have spied on the PHI of Canadians and used it to profile them. Meaning this *should never go to the US* holy fuck.

     @mayintoronto The larger part of what I meant by private and sensitive, yes. It should be illegal to send that info out of the province, or at least not out of the country.
