@JedDrudge For me what I need is to wrangle my ADHD brain into being able to do shit that doesn't immediately stimulate me, IE GM prepwork or reading things that don't involve cute anime girls like Secret of the Runes lol.

Used SSRIs for much of the last twenty-five years (off for almost two years now). If you want/need comfortable indifference to much of existence, it's zen in a bottle, but being a chemically-induced, long- term life experience, I'd say it might be best to work shit out on your own, if you have the strength (I didn't)... Long-term effects seem to be mixed... Don't regret using, but the indifference to much is real... Was mentally overcharged before, now rather bland but often comfortable... Results may vary...

As it turns out "non-stimulant" ADHD medication is anti-depressant meds, I've heard not great things (especially the side effects) and am not exactly comfortable with the idea of meds messing with my emotions, for as much of a doomer as I can be, that's my prerogative lol, What do you guys think about them? Haven't been prescribed anything yet just wondering, from the sounds I'd prefer stimulant, they work better anyway lol.
