   I sort of hope the troubles America has with the FAA are the kind that will spread to the rest of us.

   Anything that makes international air travel more dangerous might discourage it. People like their business and pleasure air travel more than living in a world that isn't boiling the poor and elderly to death.

   Every time you choose to fly you are choosing fun over someone's grandma.

     And flying is already a largely miserable experience to begin with, thanks to two decades of rampant deregulation.

     This is why the next car I buy will be one that can autopilot itself. (At least on a highway)

     @FlashMobOfOne I grew up living so far away from school that I had a baked in hour to an hour and a half long commute twice a day until I was 17.

     Any kind of travel is an absurdist waste of life to me, in my mind. Air travel is the kind that kills people with pollution making it just that much better.

     Travel can be exhausting, but I enjoy road trips myself.
