     Don't put pure water up your nose

     It should have other ingredients maybe Sodium Chloride Salt and Baking Soda

     An allergist told me it should be one and a half times the concentration of the body in the nose to get excess water out and that the store brands are no good because they are the same concentration as the body and that it needs to be home made, he gave me a recipe that I lost years ago

     But it worked for nose relief to stir it up and inhale the solution via a spoon
