looking over dvorak from a (neo)vim perspective and it doesn't seem too bad, most of the binds are mnemonic except hjkl, but
j and k are where c and v is in qwerty, so, close together, not that bad, h is in the same place, and l is a bit more awkward, where p is in qwerty, but i don't often use h/l, but opt to use the mnemonic broader movements like w, b, e, so, it should be fine

@navi things like hjkl makes me feel like I'll never move the letter keys.

@navi I have layered arrow keys on hjkl on my desktop and well… my wrist hates it because arrows are quite frequently used.
And sadly I'd need extra keys, I wish split keyboards would have more keys…

@lanodan on dvorak it doesn't seem too bad, and worst case i can also consider arrow keys in a separate layer
