     @thebitchisback if you have an appetite for condos, and you are ok buying international property sight unseen, just take a look at Toronto real estate right now...wew lawd...
     
     Condo supply is so high, they hurting. They haven't bottomed out yet.
     
     I personally wouldn't do a condo, but I would consider multiunits near U York or U of T.

     Hunting real estate, when supply is low, is the worst. It's a seller's market and that means, higher prices. That won't deter me though.
