@wingedhussar @MoralPanic I don't pay any property tax on my primary residence and I never will. And any property taxes on my rental properties are basically zero because of depreciation and also refinancing every few years to generate tax-free cash out

@AlabasterBrick @MoralPanic @wingedhussar There are many ways around this. There are a few dozen different kinds of nonprofit organizations that you can create, transfer the home to them, it legally pay no tax. Going that route you will have to deal with the Indians at the IRS and it usually takes about a year to get approved
Other exceptions vary by state

@AlabasterBrick @MoralPanic @wingedhussar I can't give you all of the answers but what I will say is that creating a fake non-profit that actually does help in conjunction with local churches it's easy to do and for most of them you only need two members to qualify for the exemption (this can be you and your wife/gf)

@MoralPanic @AlabasterBrick @wingedhussar BANTS
Be a nigger to the system
Taxation is theft, and even worse it goes towards promoting worldwide White genocide

@MoralPanic @AlabasterBrick @wingedhussar They're actually totally real and legally exist, registered with the IRS and the state in which they're located. I'm just being cheeky by calling them fake because obviously the only reason I created them in the first place was for the tax benefits however they actually do perform the nonprofit work they are designed to do otherwise I wouldn't qualify for the exemption
This is actually extremely common when you get up into the higher tax brackets because anyone smart enough to become wealthy is smart enough to understand that the government is literally evil

@elftummy @AlabasterBrick @wingedhussar I use every loophole I can but I don't go that far into it as to create fake companies, I guess I'm still a system cuck

@elftummy @AlabasterBrick @wingedhussar I get what you're saying, I just don't think that way at all, maybe I have a serf mentality where I give caesar his due
like on my list of priorities is generating income then investing that into hard assets, other people fuck around with their money and sometimes they get way ahead of me, but again you don't hear much about the losers

@MoralPanic @AlabasterBrick @wingedhussar Right and the difference between you and I is that I'm investing with pre-tax dollars and you're investing with post-tax dollars. Therefore I'm always going to win
I probably spend around 40 hours a year on my main nonprofit solely for the tax benefit. And then I do have to pay around $500 a year to keep that nonprofit registered
And so obviously if someone has a tax bill less than $1,000 or so then it makes absolutely no sense to put all this labor into it and what not
But it's about the principle for me and I get satisfaction from legally not paying taxes
I have a few other nonprofits for special things but I can't discuss those here
