   @ShovelTrouble Actually they're breaking down because of ethnic preference and diversity (non-white people are scammers). Even the liberal mainstream has studies on this.
   Not to say that ossification doesn't cause problems, but it didn't cause this one.
   
   how to deal with them is easy: segregation

     Excessive racial nepotism is one of the things that makes someone a bad actor in my view.

     Especially the xenophilia caused by an entrenched power structure bringing in a foreign client population to serve over the founding population, which at least theoretically could represent a threat to the power of the rulers.

     It's so tiresome to see the problems that are so obvious, but also know that too many people can't (or won't) understand it.
