@BonehouseWasps ugh this hurts to read. I'm in the same boat. Either I get no response at all for sending their "urgent" request or I get garbled up feedback that requires a phone call for clarification.
@BonehouseWasps Oh oh! I know this one too. About an hour after it's sent to print, you'll get a call asking to make more changes (after it's already been approved and gone).
I should have become the doctor my parents wanted me to be.
@sand Problem is that they don't care enough about *their job* to actually proof-read their clarifications.
It goes to print today, btw. Well, it's supposed to.
