All the pages of the church music website use the same server-side include to fetch the CSS etcetera. It works on each and every page except one. There's no difference in the HTML (I even copied the lines from another file to make sure it was the same). WTF?! (yes, advice welcome though mansplaining will get you blocked. It's all handwritten HTML and CSS, I don't use any tools.)

@irina Is it a relative link and this one page is in a subfolder (or it‘s the only one not in the same subfolder as the others)?

If only a hint *how* to find where the problem is. It looks (and indeed is) the same as all other pages, and should find the same boilerplate with the link to the CSS file.

@GreenSkyOverMe YES IT WAS THAT, it needed the html file to be executable. Thank you for being my rubber duck!

@GreenSkyOverMe Hm, this page finds *none* of the server-side includes. (If I copy the text of the SSI that points to the stylesheet into the page, it does find the stylesheet.) Even though other pages in the same folder at the same level with the exact same SSI pointers do. Could it be a permissions problem?
GreenSkyOverMe (Monika) repeated this.
