     @BeAware I grew a lot of mushrooms but the political climate doesn't let me do them... they are supposed to help with PTSD.

     @BeAware I can't find the same site I used last time but get yourself an all-in-one bag of grain and coco coir (search mushroom all in one bags) and spores and you're ready to go.
