     @coolandnormal as a non-Australian who saw this post of the thread first I spent far to long thinking that this meant you had just elected an individual who was so corrupt that were trafficking endangered birds of some kind.

     So relieved to figure out from the thread that "budgie smuggler" is Australian for "banana hanger"! Honestly, this feels super wholesome given the fucking shit show of the USA.
