     it wouldn't do anything about the fears the AfD prey on (another party would just resume the fight), but it would give them a ton of free ammo

     @chjara@akko.wtf the thing about these parties is that it's often possible to claw their voters back as long as they haven't gone too overboard yet, but bans or insults have historically not worked very well for this purpose

     @jessew yeah right AfD is going to sweep the next election because the regular neoliberal framing is clearly completely failing and the only sort of alternative that is allowed by the bourgeois state is fascism. the conditions are the same as 1930 europe and the same thing is gonna happen
