   - 1985: Around 77.5% of women and 67.7% of men.
   - 1995: About 64% of women and 54.4% of men.
   - 2005: Approximately 50.5% of women and 41.1% of men.
   - 2015: Around 37% of women and 27.8% of men.

   Crunching these numbers, assuming no change whatsoever to trend, the interpolation for 2025 would be: 24% of women and 15% of men.

     I'm an over-30 male USA citizen and I am unmarried/never been married. I don't know what this data necessarily suggests (I spent a long time sourcing all this and interpolating stuff because I saw a fairly hyperbolic post citing similar numbers and I didn't know if I should have believed it or not) but it seems to suggest to me that we're ngmi.

     @fwc I still give women the benefit of the doubt even though my experiences with them have always been markedly worse than my experiences with fellow men. I want to be in a relationship, and I want to find someone I can love and be with. I don't have a vested interest in being single and alone for forever. I hate seeing my friends who are married and ostensibly happy and building families and stuff. But, I also know that what glitters isn't always gold or whatever---everyone has problems. I probably see an equal, if not greater, number or bad or undesirable relationships which make me feel thankful that I'm single. 🤷 @iwillbite @mischievoustomato
