     Ich weiss ich, wie das in HH ist, aber wenn du in vielen Bundesländern nicht auf Lehramt studierte hast, bekommst du mindestens im ersten Jahr nur ein "Praktikantengehalt", währen man meint, dir einen Crashkurs in Pädagogik zu geben.
     Deshalb gibt es auch wenig Interesse von Quereinsteigern--das is noch deutlich unter dem, was ErzieherInnen direkt nach der (nichtakademischen) Erstausbildung bekommen. --In einer deutschen Großstadt können MietrInnen davon nicht leben.
