     Obviously the first step is to enact martial law and re-institute indefinite lockdown, giving local authorities to shoot anyone found breaking quarantine on sight. It's the only way to stop this pandemic once and for all.

     there's a delicate balance in canada right now -- the federal government has a new mandate to govern and will be doing so. what will they do with this opportunity? that remains to be seen
