@mangeurdenuage @DeezMistaReez titanium is super common but refining it and working with it is hard and costly because it burns before it melts so you have to do everything in an oxygen free environment.
Besides that titanium isn't much stronger than steel, it's just lighter.
If you want something light use aluminum. If you want something strong then use steel. If you want something light and strong then use titanium. You may be able to get by with magnesium but it's usually not recommended on a count of it's flammable and hard to put out.
We can make some pretty tough steel.
If you simply don't want people to be able to cut it there are far better options than titanium.

Could they just install some kind of thick ass cable to the inside of the exhaust to make it harder to cut through? Apple Airtag the catalytic converters 😂
Niggers gon nig.

@DeezMistaReez @j
Thicker = cost more to produce = cost more in gas to drive as it adds weight.
The solution is to either make titanium cheap as dirt, or to properly secure the whole dam zone.

@j @DeezMistaReez The goal of the usage of titanium in this case is not for any of these purpose.

@j @DeezMistaReez @mangeurdenuage Titanium is in fact weaker than high-grade steel - you can just make it much thicker for the same or less weight.
