   I need to make my coffee a certain way.
   My bag, hat, glasses, headphones, keys, all need to be their usual balance when I go out.
   Any of these are changed and it pushes me towards disregulation.
   When I have to replace my bag, melts increase for weeks till I acclimate. That's why I went with a leather bag this time... it might last longer.

     I don’t know if it’s the autistic part of me but being able do my daily small things either makes or breaks a day. Maybe I’m a bit eccentric or rigid for wanting to do certain things in a certain way. Telling me I’m bossy or controlling is absolutely not helpful because you’re clearly not seeing the constant panic behind my mask #ActuallyAutistic #Neurodivergent
