   I think the news are already out for some time, so I won’t repeat it here, but fosstodon.org got infected with an active fascist among their mod team and they openly state they’re happy with it.
   
   #fediblock will commence in 24h if the action isn’t taken and public apology isn’t provided.
   
   I recommend #fediadmin-s to look into that and make a decision as well. This is a dangerous precedent and how fedi reacts is important.

     @byte Someone messaged @tenacity to move away from Fosstodon given their English-only rule at the time (if I recall correctly). Finally, after over a year or so, I moved the account over to where it is right now.

     Sad to see things not really improve, and actually go in the opposite direction, but hey, at least we're not on that instance anymore.

     Unclear if removed or self-deleted, most likely the latter, considering how he (they?) was more active than the rest of the administration.
     
     I will still proceed with the defederation in 1 hour unless the administration acknowledges the incident, publicly apologizes for failure to honor their own rules, and describes how they plan to change for the better in the nearest future.

     Not only they did nothing to address the situation, one of the instance owners also openly endorsed the fascist. The rest of the administration accounts are staying silent and passive, and the fascist is still on their "team" site - https://hub.fosstodon.org/team/
