     @WarnerCrocker has he crossed the aisle much in his senate career? Or is it just that in general, new blood is needed. (He’s 80). From what the AP article says about him, I don’t see many negatives to hang on him as an ignorant outsider.

     @Chancerubbage It's new blood mostly. He was good in his day when the old rules applied. He's not equipped to handle these days without rules.
