@captain_arepa In the days of dial up, T1 lines and token ring networks (before Wi-Fi), "retards" couldn't get on the internet, as you were forced to gain a basic level of knowledge on how to use a computer before you could get on the internet, without there needing to be any rule forbidding "retards" from the internet.

With the release of windows with (sometimes) autoconfigured networking, many "retards" got online (but there wasn't really enough of them to cause enough damage and they at least knew how to run the autoconfiguration program or how to debug dial-up issues).

The final nail in the coffin was the release of the "iphone" - "retards" could get online without needing to learn anything about how to use a computer - all they had to do was pay.

Of course if proprietary malware was to be eliminated, "retards" would be eliminated from the internet.

Retards shouldn't be allowed on the internet.
