Isn't there a similar study about movie theaters that started charging for infants while also providing "crying rooms", but then removed the crying room while still charging for the infant ticket?
The upshot was that parents who used to be polite about a crying kid (by leaving the screening area) now felt entitled to let the crying kid stay because "they'd paid for the ticket therefore the social contract no longer applied"
Am I misremembering or hallucinating?
